i dunno. it's not like i hate DA or anything. I want to be more active, i swear.

I think school has really burnt me out, i freakin hate my major now. i want to be painting & drawing more but i don't have time. I find the design work i do boring, mediocre, trite, and every other adjective that means lame or punch-in-the-faceable.

i currently have a fulltime job at night and full-time school in the day, and temporarily another part-time job for a few months. so yeah.

One year left.

I've been through a lot of serious(ly awesome) changes in my life. no details are needed other than that i got rid of some heavy baggage & started to rediscover what i really love.

I joined some medieval combat groups, Belegarth & Amtgard, and that's basically the most fun i've ever had. also, hot guys alert.. when you get a group of guys with long hair & leather armor swinging swords and battle axes... just thinking about it makes me incapable of finishing the sentence. There's hardly any girls in Belegarth where i live so every one is really nice to me too (I like Belegarth more because it's all about combat, Amtgard is more like D&D in that there are a lot of rules having to do with character class and abilities and points and crap. it's still a lot of fun though.)

Related, I'm getting back to my roots of being a huge fantasy geek and that makes me really happy.

SO. I've made up a new life plan.
After this last year of school i'm going to have just one daytime job. all my new found spare time will be spent making clothes and jewelry and the other crafts i like, painting & drawing, fighting, and writing music. (I am serious about this, i want to start or join a symphonic power metal band.)

oh.. and i am done with relationships for a long time. There is ONE single person in this world that could say to me anytime, "let's be a couple," and I will drop everything and do it (the identity of this person must remain secret for the time being.) however, this guy and i, i know we're not going to be together for a while. it's complicated. All other boys: i don't care how hot or nice you are, it's not that i don't like you, but i don't want a relationship. I'll go on dates and stuff but i'm not going to be anyone's girlfriend. i think things will be more fun this way anyway, and after the crap i've been through having fun is basically all i care about.
